PAYMENT TERMS

  • Certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid in cash (Credit cards not accepted) upon arrival at the Resort before check in.
  • Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment.
  • Apart from above in some cases like bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing.
  • Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing.
  • Cancellation charges are as given below
    • 0 -7 days prior to stay - No refund (on the full amount)
    • 8-14 days prior to stay - 50% refund (on the full amount)
    • 15 -30 days prior to stay - 100% refund (on the full amount)
    • No refund for reservation between 20th December to 5th January
    • For unused resort accommodation we do not bear any responsibility to refund
